6 wicked windy miles winding along the break wall on Ocean Drive in Corpus Christi did the trick tonight. At the turnaround I did 45 pushups and another 15 at the finish. Ran out the pier twice along the run and the ocean was pitching and bucking underneath with power. Felt very good to be a runner again, but I am still recovering from the sickness of last Sunday...lots of snot to be slung today along the way!
